Make sure you're sitting correct- ly → page 28. WARNING Fig. 56 Adjustment switch on the left front seat: adjust the seat position, backrest Angle and cushion height Improper rear seat adjustment may result in ac- cidents and serious injuries. ● The rear seat can be adjusted when the vehi- cle is in the stopped state.
If the seat is ad- justed while driving, the seat may shift sud- denly; And in the adjustment of the seat, the rear personnel can not maintain the correct sitting posture, easy to cause accidents. Some front seats may be equipped with a com- bined mechanical/electric adjustment mecha- nism. Press the switch → Fig. 56 in the direction of the arrow: Adjust sitting position ● The risk of serious injury increases if the rear occupant is unable to sit properly due to in- correct seat belt insertion. 1 A Move the seat back and forth. ● Only when no one is in the adjustment range of the rear seat, the seat can be adjusted. 2 B Raise or lower the seat. C Adjust the Angle of the backrest.
WARNING WARNING Improper or negligent use of electric front seats can result in serious injury. If flammable and explosive materials such as lighters are left behind in the vehicle, they may be damaged or ignite undetected, and may se- riously burn people and damage the vehicle. ● The electric front seat adjustment mecha- nism still works when the ignition switch is off. Never leave children or people in need of assistance alone in the vehicle. ● Each time before closing storage space or storage boxes, ensure that there are no light- ers and other flammable and explosive mate- rials in the closed area. ● In case of emergency, press another switch to terminate the electric adjustment process.
● Do not place lighters and other flammable and explosive products in the car storage space, boxes or other objects on the surface, especially in summer, the high temperature in the car may cause the lighter to spontane- ously ignite. To avoid damaging electrical components in the front seat, do not kneel on the seat or apply pressure to the seat cushion and backrest at any point. NOTICE WARNING When the 12-volt vehicle battery is low, it may not be possible to adjust the front seat electrically. To reduce the risk of injury, the rear centre armrest must always be folded up while the ve- hicle is in motion and the stowage compart- ment must be closed.
