User's Guide Placing Originals on the Scanner Glass ❏ When copying photos, place the photos 5 mm away from the corner mark of the scanner glass. You can place up to two photos at the same time (depending on the size). Leave 5 mm between photos. You can place photos of different sizes at the same time. The photos should be larger than 30Ч40mm. ❏ To copy a CD/DVD label, place the CD/DVD in the center of the scanner glass. If the CD/DVD is not placed exactly in the center, the positioning is automatically adjusted. ❏ If you are scanning using Full Auto Mode or thumbnail preview in EPSON Scan, place the original 4.5 mm away from the corner mark of the scanner glass.
Place multiple photos at least 20 mm apart from each other. The photos should be larger than 15Ч15 mm. 4. Close the cover gently. Note: Remove the originals after scanning or copying. If you leave the originals on the scanner glass for a long time, they may stick to the surface of the glass. 32
