PanelScan Integration Guide Important: It is critical that the lights and cameras be mounted so that the axes of the lights and cameras are parallel to one another and perpendicular to the conveyor’s axis of motion. Two views of typical “over the belt” mounting setups constructed with aluminum extrusions are show below. The cameras should be mounted on slides so they can be adjusted across the belt, and the lights should be mounted on adjustable angle mounts so the light line can be aimed exactly at the row of pixels that the camera views.
