SAFETY LEAVING OPERATOR’S COMPARTMENT Below are listed procedures that must be followed when exiting the operator’s cab. 1. Park the machine in a level area. 2. Lower all work equipment to the ground. 3. Engage the parking brake. 4. Place the loader control safety lock lever in the LOCKED position. 5. Place the backhoe safety lock lever in the LOCKED position. 6. Remove the ignition key and keep it with you. 7. Use the key to lock and secure all the equipment locks. This action prevents unauthorized personnel from tampering with the machine. You are responsible for securing the machine. Remark Never leave your machine running and unattended, even for a moment.
