Turbina bude montovбna na betonovэ zбklad na podlažн v ъrovni + 9,00 m. Turbine rotor with generator rotor is connect together by means of the rigid coupling.
The turbo-set was designed for nominal speed of 3000 rpm and the nominal power outlet 210 MW, turbine is clockwise rotation (view from the front bearing stand). Steam turbine will be assembled on the foundation slab at level +9,00 m. The whole netto weight of assembled steam turbine is approx. 405 tons. First of all the steam turbine will be assembled in the DSPW workshop including the right setting of stator’s components of steam-flow path against the rotor (pre-assembly). Taking respect to easy transport to site the oversize part of steam turbine will be dismantled to suitable components; the components will be packed and transported to the site.
The turbine rotors will be attached into special frame for transport and covered by the waterproof tarpaulin. Vzhledem k usnadněnн dopravy na staveniště, bude nadrozměrnй čбsti turbina zpět demontovбn y na vhodnй dнly, dнly zabaleny a dopraveny na staveniště.
Rotory turbiny budou pro dopravu upevněn y v nosnйm rбmu a zakryty nepromokavou plachtou.
