ISPSoft User Manual Scan After finished hardware configuration and confirmed the communication with the CPU module’ is normal, users can use this function to scan the actual configuration for modules without spending time on adding modules individually. Make sure ISPSoft has been connected to the CPU module’ successfully before operating. Click “Scan” on HWCONFIG tool bar under the Communication tab or use shortcut key Ctrl+F7 to scan the content which includes module models, configuration and firmware versions, not including parameters in the modules. After Scan completed, the original hardware configuration and the parameter setting will be cleared.
However, the parameters in the CPU module will not be affected. 3-28
