7-6. Deleting the Backup Data for Received Faxes Backup data* for received faxes can be deleted from the control panel. You can also set it up so that backup data is deleted automatically, preventing unauthorized reprints of data from received faxes. * Backup data for received faxes is saved in the product (factory default settings) so you can reprint faxes in cases where print results are unclear or print results are lost. 7-7. Limit Sending to Multiple Recipients You can set the product so that only 1 recipient can be selected.
